At uGotFile, you can make money by sharing other people files. But you must embed your userId in the referral link as follow:

If you share your own files, you don't have to embed the user ID.

If you share other people's file, you have 80% chance of getting premium sales as well as cookies. The owner gets 20%.

Rules

You need a registered account to qualify for the Affiliate Program.

* You must earn at least the same amount as your referrals in order to get 50% of that referral's earning.

Example:

You referred 2 free members Johnny, Danny and 10 premium members. You earned: $20.00.

Johnny referred 10 and Danny referred 11 premium members. You are qualified for tier 2 earning from Johnny but not Danny.

Your account will be suspended if we receive too many unauthorized transactions from your referrals. The average unauthorized transaction from your referrals must NOT be greater than 3 times the average unauthorized transaction of the whole system.

You shouldn't be worried if you do not cheat!

SPAM of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Would the number of cookies given to certain countries change?

YES! Our cookie system is dynamic. The number of cookies you get for certain countries are directly proportional to the number of premium subscriptions and the total download traffic from that country. In other words, if we have enough premium subscriptions from India, China, Vietnam, etc... cookie will also be given to those countries.
